My darling Poppie. It has been one year since you went to Heaven. That is a blink of an eye for you, but the firsts were difficult without you here. I love you with all of my heart and I always will. I am so proud to be your daughter and I am happy to have inherited so many of your good traits, mannerisms, and qualities. I learned from the best dad in the whole world. I feel your love and see the little signs of your presence in our lives. I think of you everyday and when I do, I feel your hand in mine, see that handsome smile, hear that delightful laugh, and am calmed by your gentle strenth. Among other things, we are having peanut butter and jelly and orange juice in your honor today. I love you forever and ever and will see you again one day.
